Tempura is a dish of shrimp， fish and vegetables which are dipped in batter and deep-fried in plant oil.

天ぷらは、エビ、魚、野菜などを衣につけて油で揚げた料理です。

Sukiyaki consists of thinly-sliced beef cooked with bean curd, sliced green onions and other vegetables.

すき焼きは、薄切りの牛肉を豆腐やネギなどの野菜と一緒に煮込んだものです。

Sushi is vinegared rice balls topped with raw fish, shell fish, and other foods.

寿司は酢飯のシャリの上に生の魚や貝などをのせたものです。
